Intake
Drop-off or insured inbound. You get a ticket number before the box is opened.

Inspect
Two authenticators, independently. Disagreements go to a third before anything is stamped.

Track
The verdict, photos, and serial sit on a public record. Duplicates of the same serial get flagged.
Three stamps. No maybe in public.
- PASS
- The piece matches known production. Record is public. Buyer can verify the ticket.
- FAIL
- Imitation, franken-piece, or stolen-serial clone. We keep the photos. The seller gets the object back.
- HOLD
- Needs factory docs, a movement open, or a brand archive pull. HOLD is internal until it becomes PASS or FAIL.

Watches
Case backs, rehauts, movement finishing, and serials that already exist on another wrist.

Heat stamps, date codes, hardware weight, and lining that never saw the factory.

Every PASS and FAIL gets a ticket URL. Shops paste it on the listing. If a serial shows up again on a different object, IITD flags the duplicate before the sale closes.
